The other are recorded by hand but this one uses software capturing.

For all players : Use the free version of "fraps".

It gives you 30 sec of recording per time you start record. I use it with windows movie maker to get a whole race.

For jogge : Keep practicing even the fall wasn't gracely...watch my movie.
