Giant spider vs tiny ants... I don't see how the spider could possibly have defended itself. One moment dozing in its web swinging in the wind, next moment being swarmed by aggressive little bastards with wirecutters at their front end... thats like an old tank in a scrapyard being cut to pieces and the only thing it can do to defend itself is turn the turret
