  • there is no way that thing only pulled 148 with all those mods....with those mods it should be in the mid 160s

    this is bs

  • You might be right about that. I think that dyno reads a little lower than most. I hope to have it test again on a different dyno in the future to compare.

  • hey. i was searching the internet for ideas for making cheap interior modifications for my A4. I saw your site and saw that you changed the stock bulb for and red LED bulb. i didn't find any email or anything on your site, but I found you here, because of your site with your dog and youtube-video. anywhoo, my question is: is it the same bulb size in A4 -99 Ts Q as in yours? your A4 was really stylish! cool R1 as well. /Bjorn

  • More than likely, 194 is a very common size. Just pop off your covers and check the size and style before you order replacement LEDs.

  • Give it some lol

  • Will do sir...will do.

  • @russeldsouza no its not, completely normal dyno run. every dyno is different.

  • @badsupra complete bullshit

  • @gavinjdm I have with a powercommander + ignition module + full line yec and air cleaner replaced 164hp on the rear wheel. they told me my engine is not a very good one some R1's go to 170hp-172hp with that mod

  • i'm guessin this bike was beat to hell cause i got my 04 r1 dyno'd last year and i pulled 157 completely stock

  • i have all of the mods plus P,C ignition mod. i pulled 195.7 on 100 octane.

  • you cant quite compare to his due to the dyno sheet not giving the atmospheric conditions, they can do alot to the outcome of power...

  • every single person whom i have asked "what bike should i get" has aid to stay away from yamaha...i want to find a used 1000 but have heard nothing but bad things about r1...

  • No, you are supposed to granny shift to the gear that you plan to make the run on. Just like a car or truck.

  • i have the same bike in same color got that dyno tuned yesterday but i don't have the velocity stacks or the full exhaust and the end result was 140.7 but i do have the intake yamaha racing pipes commander and all that but that's a clean bike tho

  • yea but dynos never really read the same
