I'd say that the iPhone is a waste of $ bigtime it cost at least 2000$ a year to own one line one phone without apps way too much really. The best thing to do is get an iPod touch and if u can't live without the Internet wifi then just buy an unlimited $25 a month data plan and get a free text and chat talk voice scype FaceTime apps and it's better then a phone hell fb call ppl save 1700$ a year

My point was he bought them because of the "cool" factor. He really wanted the phone but now that he owns one he realizes it is waaaay too expensive for what you get. And for that money, ALL the apps should be free. I would love the opportunity to hear someone tell me something sucks before I buy it.

I think he means the call conferencing. Ie. Merging 2 or more calls in to 1 instead of having to seperate lines to flick between placing other people on hold.

Yea there is a reason to buy one, its called all the apps you get like games,chatting,traveling ect... Its a very versatile phone unlike those wastes of money phones that have tiny ass screens and no programs except calculator and sms.

Anyway, people buy iPhones for their coolness factor, which doesn't have a dollar value to it. There's no logical reason to buy one, really.
