That tune is indeed a great Galway tune and called The Galway Reel. Recorded by Vincent Griffin and Galways own Kevin Roohan. Well played in East Galway circles.

I've heard this called "Up Against The Buchalawns" but I've also been told that's not right.

Nice wee tune but it don't sound like the Galway Reel I know, which I learned from a Clare Mckenna whistle tutorial book.
