Korean in madcow danger and in Fury

The republic of Korea, new president, Lee had UNCONDITIONAL agreement on importing american beef which includes more than 30 months old ones slaughtered(the best probability of madcow disease).
On 2 May. 2008. approx. 20,000 people gathered with candles on hands in the center of Seoul to protest against this ageement and peacefully fight for their right to survival.

Did you know the USDA tests LESS THAN 1% of beef for mad cow? Did you know the USDA says it is NOT NECESSARY to check for it? And thousands of children were fed downer cows and the USDA says it was safe. I don't blame them. America cares only about profit and America makes billions from cow slaughter. I think this protest is great! Just last week a new case of mad cow in Canada-hardly any news coverage-shhh let's not offend the meat industry!

Average life span of a cow bred for consumption: 6-7 years

Age at which cows reach maturity: 3 years.

I know that everyone can do math, so that means mature beef is, on average, at LEAST thirty SIX months old. 30month+ aged beef is legal.

As for mad cow disease.... More people win the lottery every MONTH than have died from mad cow disease in the last TWENTY YEARS. You are more likely to be hit by lightning on the day you find out you just won the lottery than getting mad cow disease.

that american beef is eaten in every day life but in korea, beef is being eaten after the americans so its like we eat american leftovers and their madcows..
