aw man... i remember having this game growing up... for some reason i always thought metroid was really creepy.. i remember having to take breaks because of impending panic attacks from the anxiety.. but id always come back for more a few minutes later after the anxiety wore off.. i had to have been like 5 or 6..

Zetas And Gammas are the worst.

By the time you got to the Omegas you were just about immortal and the Alphas only took 5 missiles.

Least favorite one for me was a Gamma in this long vertical area. The alarm goes off before it comes into view, just giving you that moment of "@#)%&&@ WHERE IS IT!?!" ....right before you basically fall on it.

This game definitely needs to be remade. Otherwise, not enough people are gonna appreciate it. Not to mention, with what this game does to the story, it should have an all-new experience to it.
