  • i foudn this in a christian film playlist, but this doesn't look like a christian film, maybe it has christian sounding ideas in it, and with the amish children (who are thought of as christian but Amish christianity is a sect under the law which takes away the whole point of christ's grace and salvation if we can keep the law) not only that it's based on worldly ideas of what christians are, but then it takes the christian children and makes them more like the world, seems like a bad bad film

  • just read the book, and now I find out there's a movie...But it's WAY different then the book, don't know if I want to watch it :/

  • I love this movie! It's so touching, it made me cry.

  • My brother likes this ! ;)

  • Better then the other "so called" Amish movies!!! This one is very true and real to the core!!!

  • this movie is awesome, but so different from the book!! in the book, she doesn't even attend the funeral, let alone bring flowers; and in the movie, she and her sister were once friends, whereas in the book, they were always distant and fighting and stuff. but still, i loved it. good, clean show without all the swearing and stuff you get in so many movies nowadays.

  • will someone PLEASE post this this!! this movie is awesome

  • Is it only me who finds Abigail Mason in this movie very cute?

  • @catloverz2 And Michigan,Indiana.Taking them out of their enviroment is criminal. We live a similar religious insular group but are brought up to be stronger than any influences and are very open minded, not judging other cultures, but the Amish are not.
