This is one of the greatest errors that has enough grounds for termination -- cussing back at our clients (the other is calling numbers on the DNC list) during live calls. We call center agents are trained to be as professional as we can on the phone despite of being cussed, hung up and yelled at the phone. We should not let our emotions get the better onto us even though we are stressed out from working in the wee hours of the morning.

IMO:

obvious n mali ung girl....customer service sya expect nya na ung mga ganung klaseng customer at natural na yun lalo na need nya na tlaga maayos un....at di naman direct n nagmura ung lalaki sa girl...napamura sya dahil sa problema sa connection...eh ung babae direct na nagmura sa lalaki...maayos naman makipag usap ung lalaki...ung babae di marunong mag explain utal utal pa @_@ un lng napansin ko hehehe...
