your syrup ratio is wrong. its requires 12 tablespoons of syrup.... 16 tbsp = 1 cup ... so 1/2 cup of syrup isnt enough... you dont have to put all 12 tbsp in but it makes it taste better. your 2tbsp per glass is right though
