  • Sounds thin and fizzy to me.

  • @darkedgekilla Yea I know what you mean. I've come across a few cheaper guitars that measure up very well to expensive brands.

  • @juicunermou Of course, Just saying just because a guitar isn't as high quality doesn't mean it will sound bad. One of my friends found a $100 Squire that was of higher quality then the others and it sounds just as good as the $500 Mexican Strats if not better.

  • @darkedgekilla Well you can but it would never sound as good as a fine quality guitar. Apples to apples, guitars make a difference.

  • I dont understand, you pay thousands of dollars for the Ace-FX, and your camera and audio cost? They dont do justice to this Ace-Fx.

  • It absoloutely sucks that reviewers have to pay royalties if they play a real song...

  • " better processor than most desktop computers* "

    " 500 MHz dual-core processor "

  • sounds like usual digital shit to me

  • I sold off several unused pre amps and replaced them with this and the controller (almost $3k) and it's not love at first site. It feels stiff. But better than any modeling system I have tried so far. It's going to be great for studio work. But I'm still getting used to it. With some tube heads approaching $3k, I can see using this into a stereo amp & a pair of cabs though. Oh, the editing software is excellent. Much easier build patches than at the face of this unit

  • @Joostieboy Some Epiphones are of higher quality than many Gibsons.
