Fairuza Balk is such a cute and beautiful little girl!!!!! I love Fairuza Balk and the movie so much. Even though I first saw it recently. And I don't give a fuck what other people have to say about the movie! I don't care if it's "dark" or "frightening" its a beautiful movie and I love it!!!!

I respect Return to Oz more than The 1939 musical, wich I do love deeply. But Just for the simple fact when it comes to Return to oz, it stayed more true & faithful to the books. & I appreciated that. In the 80's when it came to adventure fantasy films it was all about darkness & Black magic. Laybrith, The dark crystal, Star wars. So for that time it was very popular. & Even Walter murch said when he intended to make this film it was aimed for a more adult crowed. A "realistic" Land of Oz.
