@pakl123456 Being unrestrained makes him stronger just like Frieza having all these different forms, his first form restrained a lot of his power and got stronger every time he transform and when he was at his final form which was strongest Frieza was completely unrestrained. Since Kid Buu is unrestrained and Super Buu isn't that means Kid Buu is stronger.
