According to official British sources (Britannica) about 16% of the German forces took part in war crimes. Less than 4% of the entire German nation took part in atrocities. This means that at least 96% of the Germans are NOT guilty.
It is not the Germans who have to feel guilty anymore, it is those who still spread single-sided anti-German propaganda who have to feel guilty.

@momodeus Yes, agreed, I misspoke. By "complete", I meant a version which begins with the post WW2 "forbidden" first verse in which "uber alles" means "before all", not "subjugating all".
