Idiot the US has 304 million people, the third most populated country. All Western European countries don't even have over 100 million, most around 60-80 million. Of course it's going to work good in countries like those. Here we have one of the better healthcare systems, but we believe you have to work to obtain certain things, not take the easy way out and make us pay for people who decide not to work, and the healthcare quality to suffer, longer waiting lines, ect.
