  • Im actually trying to do a title search in the state of florida on a piece of land .This is all new to me and was wondering if I could get your assistance..I have the owners name and parcel number available but dont have a clue on where to start ..In desperate need of some help..

  • @Derel78

Try the parcel number and owners name first; you should be able to plug that info in the field provided by your county. If that doesn't work call the clerks office at the Registry of Deeds and ask them the best way to assemble that information with the data you have.

    Hope this helps. Be well.

  • This is new to me too but don't we want to avoid properties with high mortgages? If we acquired the property through obtaining a tax deed would we not be responsible for the mortgage lien?

    Thanks for your help!
