guys i just saw the show three nights ago, tony had this sick grit in his voice, it was powerful (and it was like one of his last shows)

@thefishtwo Trust me, Tony has power in his voice. This isn't the best recording, but I don't think Tony sounded like a typical broadway singer, he has the most powerful voice in the show and he def. sounds like a rocker and does the song justice.

this is a musical you guys! these characters are supposed to sound theatrical. they are characters and the characters are not the members of green day. the characters have their own voices and own personalities in which they show while performing green day's songs.
its a musical they should sound like a musical
love green day to death and this musical rocks!
