    first part of movement looks just like the float forward

    is being able to float forward also a prerequisite?

  • @mark55223 Yes, being able to float forward is needed to be able to jump through with straight legs. But if you can lift yourself off the ground from Dandasana that's enough to know that you have the strength to float forward. ;-)
