The plane is a Sabena Airbus A340. This video is from the late 1990s, and was filmed under the approach to runway 02 at Brussels Airport, Belgium. The house is located right under the approach. The airport has offered to buy the man's house several times, but he doesn't want to move.
To all those idiots saying this is fake: trust me, this is VERY real. Saw this on TV in the late 90s, and I've been to that place.
