The auto rotate is orientation
just go
Home> Menu> Settings> Sounds and display> scroll down and click orientation

Go into ur internet settings and there should be an option for changing internet auto rotation.

i messed up when i put in su i pushed enter now it wont let me use the auto rotate and i jailed broke my phone

Well you can put in SU again. As long as ur phone is jailbroken its should work.
