Authorities need to end the war on drugs so we put drug sellers out of business. Then they can concentrate on arresting these types of criminals. So much money is spent on incarcerating individuals who posess controlled substances( mostly cannabis) by building new prisons, when money could be spent towards schools, jobs opportunities and law enforcement funds. Wouldn't you rater see a rapist, murderer, molester or kidnapper locked in jail instead of a pot head?
