Sometimes you don't need to belt out notes to get noticed....he sings this with the most tender voice and the beauty comes from gentleness of those notes......simply splendid... i got chills all over my body in the last part of that song

".K.u.K." means "Kaiserlich und königlich" (Imperial and royal). It´s use to the so-called "Dual Monarchy" of Austria and Hungary from 1867 to 1918 (the end of WW1). The most famous composer of this era was J. Strauss II. Mike.
