Salo & Noah's little brother Toivo makes a Finnish cream & berry cake roll (kääretorttu). Open this comments section for full recipe:

You Need:
4 eggs
1.5 dl sugar
2 dl flour
1 teaspoon baking powder.
(Beat eggs + sugar. Add flour + baking powder & beat)

Put baking paper onto an oven pan and pour in batter.
Bake at 200 C for 10 minutes.

Take cake out and cool.

On a piece of baking paper, sprinkle sugar.
Flip cooled cake onto sugar/paper.

OPTIONAL: Moisten cake with Juice.

Whip together
2.5 dl heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla (optional add also 1 tablespoon Vanilla Sugar)
Approximately 1/2 dl - 1 dl powdered sugar.

beat until holds shape (should be thick)

Spread whipped cream onto cake.

Drop various berries onto cake. (We used strawberries, raspberries, & blueberries)

Carefully and tightly roll cake. Transfer to serving plate and enjoy.
