I really liked the tutorial and hope you put more up! I am new to resin and I have a unique rock I would like to resin in a open bezel so it can be seen from both sides and hardened like cement to protect it. Any suggestions?? I sure would appreciate any help, suggestions or advice. Thanks! Deb

what type of paper are you using ?
-
I'm assuming that you used a laser printer? Just checking, just in case I decide to do this:)

wish i could cut super-high speed :D

@pixelnoggin and what printer? I've had a lot of trouble with sealing pictures, I can't seem to get it right. The Mod Podge itself makes the ink bleed when I try to coat them. Thanks!

Where can you find double-sided pendants? I want to make a pendant necklace with an image on the front and on the back a message I wrote. if they aren't available, is there any way I could still include the quote on the back and still seal it with resin even though it doesn't have a space for it?

your as bad as me... do everything in front of the computer.... even my craft...

Can you recommend a good program to reduce my paintings to a small pendant size?

Hey there!Everything looks so nice and clear.I wanted to ask about alternatives though. What is Mod Podge? Is it some kind of glue? Can I use something else instead of that? And an alternative to easy cast? Can I use any kind of resins or is it a specific kind?
A one inch hole punch works great! Much easier than cutting out each and every one with scissors :0)

@8092KJG Absolutely! :) I finally got punches for most of the sizes of findings I use.

What type of printing paper are you useing?

@TheNameIsKye I am using Epson Ultra Premium Presentation Paper Matte. The best thing to do is try to find out if your Printer Manufacturer makes a matte paper that results in water resistant or waterproof prints.

John,
Thanks for the tutorial! What kind of brush are you using with the mod podge? The one I used left a lot of brush strokes. Does this not really matter in the end, after the resin goes in?
Also, where did you get the "burnisher"?
Thanks!

@sjacobsencarrato I use a cheap Loew Cornell nylon brush. It does leave a little bit of stroke in the dry Mod Podge, but it does not appear visible in the finished product. That burnisher is from the '90s, so I'm not sure where you might find one today, but it was made to use with transfer lettering.
