@srspower You can get a Porsche 911 Turbo S starting a 160K (US dollars)
-
Exactly, so the point is if you don't have the cash to buy a new or newish supercar then you certainly don't have the cash to run an old one.
-
@srspower Read somewhere it was $5k for brake pads for an Enzo, probably $3500 for a more mainstream ferrari
-
Unfortunatley it doesn't work like that with lambos etc. Sure you can buy a lambo in reasonbly good nick and looked after for 50K but can you afford to own it?
As in can you afford:-
tyres
oil changes
spark plugs
etc etc
All those sorts of things are INSANELY expensive on a lambo or ferrari.

150K for a 600bhp supercar is actually pretty good value. In fact i don't think i can think of ANY 600bhp+ supercar you can get for 150K.

Ill find one on ebay one day for cheaper :) . you can get a fairly new lambo for like around 50 k now .

@Cybergig00 150,000 pounds is about $236,000 U.S. dollars
It wont be faster than the original Mclaren F1. To be faster than that it would have to be a full on racecar and thats not what they want to make. They want to make a sportscar that people can use.

i think what he meant was f1-style paddle shift (which as we know, isn't really restricted to f1 cars these days)
