I had always wanted to assemble, edit, and put music over my top goals from Winning Eleven 9. So here it is. I thought it would be funny to choose "Make it Rain"... ...yeah. All goals were scored on six stars, and most were by my ML team "Danville FC." There is one in there I scored as Iran; I wanted to include it because it was against my roommate (England).

I use the d-pad. And I find a great way to increase accuracy in my shooting is to attack the goal in the same direction as where I want my shot to go/the type of spin I want to put on the ball (i.e. diagonally, just outside the 18). I don't use R2 for shooting--only for trapping and dribbling.
And yes, WE9 has Liverpool. They are called "Merseyside Red." Like the other club teams, you need an option file if you wish to rename them to "Liverpool," etc.

I'm not sure if Iran is amongst one of the stock teams, sorry. I play with an option file... so all the teams are edited (i.e. Merseyside Blue is now Everton, etc.).
And to reply to the other comment... Thanks for telling me what game I have been playing for the past couple years. I guess every time I start the game on the first screen where it says "Winning Eleven 9" It really should say "Winning Eleven 10." Oh, and on the labels of the disc itself and the case in which it comes. My bad.
