  • How would a jumping jack workout compare to running?

  • Used by the military? Search YouTube for jumping jack videos and you'll find 'fail' videos of soldiers

  • @smoovovi yeah, the key is to get your heart rate up to your target level. search online for what you should be trying to get for your age, anything that you can get your heart rate to 95-162 beats per minute if you are for example a 30 yearold male
