Animation Redub #01 Harvey Dent Sees a Psychiatrist.

The first of what I hope will be a large collection of redubs I plan to do as a project to practice my voice acting.

This one is nothing great, but you gotta start somewhere y'know?

For the most part it went pretty smoothly. I didn't like how I sound as Harvey, but I thought I make a pretty decent Two-Face.

I couldn't get the music from the scene, so there's that unfortunate little blip, but I did try to supply sound effects to replace the ones during Harvey/Two-Face's dialog.

The only thing I couldn't pull off at all was the sound of the table. I worked at it quite a bit but just couldn't get it to sound right, or just couldn't get the timing down. I decided to move on and continue recording before I got too frustrated.

Overall I'm happy with it as a first try at this sort of thing.

@DSkehan2004 I actually ahd to double check when I first recorded that line, to make sure it was me and not the original audio.

I was not expecting to nail Big Bad Harv that perfectly, and it was the most satisfying thing.

This two-part episode resonated with me a lot when I saw it the first time. I had anger problems as a kid when this show was on; I used to repressed it till I exploded in mood swings. My school demanded I see a therapist, and I said that when I got mad it felt like I was someone else-which of course he interpreted as meaning I had a multiple personality. I found out later the guy was a 20-something quack who had graduated from a third rate college. Thanks a lot doc.
