  • he is a great drummer, but i think if he was a bar of chocolate i think he would eat himself.

  • @flipadiddle Ha.... I have zero recollection of writing that. Yeah, it's definitely a go-go beat. I must have been drinking.

    Still am, actually.

  • @crohnsappleadams yeah man you're totally right! i mean, he's playing the exact beat from the chuck brown song " we need some money". and chuck brown is totally NOT go-go. i mean, if he was, he'd probably have some nickname like "the godfather of go go" or whatever. wait a minute......fuck!

  • brain has the best single bass pedal technique i've seen from a drummer.

he can add 3 16th's in succession just like that, very inspiring to learn from.

  • i think hes one of the best and a nice guy too

  • Crazy drummer. Hes able to make simple meters sound like something never heard before like in the vidoe he started off with a 2/4 beat then built it up with fills and what not. That's a real drummer

  • SHREDDING REPPIS ON THE GNARR GNARR RAD!!!! The only tutorial video ever released that is worth watching! Every other vid is some cheese fest with a billion cymbals and some arse toucher accompanying on a 6 string bass.Brain is a funk demon with no faff and all style.

  • That's what you get for having Buckethead as your best friend, and vice versa:)

  • @3ucketheadJuggal0

I think they look like 13" Dyno Beats but i'm not sure.

  • anyone know what high hat he's using during the examples? it's got such an ear stabbing tightness to it, but it's a good stabbing feeling.
