This thing was no missile and it did not crash. You can clearly see it levels off above ground and is blown to bits before it hits the ground.

That Pakistan 2009 attribution is total crap. That video has been around for decades. Likely it's a military test film of some sort of incandescent (phosphorous) ordnance.

how the fuck is that a missle?? ive seen tons of videos with the missle testing but i have never seen 1 that lights up completely from front to back. and not only that it doesnt even have a clear visible tail like any "NORMAL" missle should. i mean i saw it the 1st time it hit the ground... but thats bc it picked up some dirt. but the thing i really want yall to understand that if a missle were to hit the ground the way it did the first time it shooda blown up

It was not filmed recently. It was a missile test in the new mexico desert many years ago.
