"Shape Up After Baby" is the eighth episode in the My First Baby series (www.myfirstbaby.com) with tips for exercising and becoming active again after giving birth. Kopal Goonetileke, a certified personal trainer, demonstrates some great ways to get fit while bonding with baby.
My First Baby is a video sharing destination for first time moms seeking advice and information from other moms about the first year of parenthood. There's no lights, camera or action - just real stories from real women who are looking for a fun place to connect with other moms. Mothers are encouraged to learn, laugh and share the challenges and rewards of being a mom for the first time. All participants are encouraged to upload video and share their advice about what to pack for the hospital, style secrets for maternity wear, baby's milestones, and much more. Jill Cordes, TV personality and first time mom is part of the journey hosting the web series My First Baby as she catches us up on her first year as a new mom. Videos from our members may be selected to be a part of the webisode. The series will also include experts with advice on how to help moms navigate through this beautiful journey.
