Larxene: Definately English. She sounds so sassy and in control, while her Japanese voice makes my ears bleed -_-

Vexen: Both creep me the fuck out. But since we're talking about his character here, I'd have to say Japanese suits him better. Because it's just as creepy as the actual guy O-o

Lexaeus: Both are really low and gravelly, suiting him well. Both are beast!

Zexion: Both are so dreamy....AKIRA ISHIDA!!! *squeals*

Marluxia: His English is a bit soft, and his Japanese is a bit deep. But both suit him in different ways. If I went on personal opinion, I'd totally say Japanese ^^
