Super Mario 64 Invitational Wild Card Run Commentary

Hey YouTube users, long time no see. Here's a Justin.tv highlight.

In March 2011, I played in the Retro Rockstars Super Mario 64 Invitational. To qualify, I had to submit a single segment run that collects 15 stars and gets the Metal Cap. I decided to do a run that focused more on style than speed, trying to win the "Lucky Card" vote by being the favorite of the judges and forum members. I go out of my way to make more dangerous jumps, fight more bosses, and mess with the camera more than I normally do when I play.

In this clip, Zozoken, Crimsonnn, and Sweetielise watch my Wild Card run with the sound muted so nobody can tell it's me playing. You know, aside from the deaths and the crappy video quality. They got a kick out of the camera shenanigans, and I ranked 2nd out of 5.
