  • Great tips on buying on a budget. However, I think we should ALL try to buy produce from our country. There are so many farmers losing their farms b/c people are buying from other countries. I know it's hard to buy that way all the time, but I think we should all try to make a concious effort at looking at those stickers and seeing where it's from. A&P(waldbaums) will only sell California Garlic. Garlic from China is cheaper, but you need to add more of it to your dish b/c it's not as potent.

  • Buying local is very important. I think onve some one is libing on a raw fodd thier mids becomes more clear. Transitionf from SAD to RAW is very important and budget is a real issue for some. WHen possiable I always say buy local!

  • i remember in 1 of your vids u said u wanted to be 110 lbs. how tall are you??

  • about 5'7

  • Tomorrow I begin my transition back to high raw. Please keep me in your prayers or positive thoughts. Thanks for always being a raw"inspiration".

  • Great videos, thanks fastinggurl31! Just a heads up - the country of origin for many organic foods is China (the most polluted country & doesnt allow foreign inspectors). Whole Foods frozen vegetable line is predominantly from China! Most cheap organic garlic is as well. Not sure about Costco? Mexico & many So. Am. countries bombard their produce with their pesticides! So, go organic for thin skinned stuff, save money with conventional citrus and coconuts. Read your labels everyone!
