Thanks! I'm a little surprised myself. The pre-op diet was 4 weeks - the first 2 on a South Beach type low-carb diet, and the second 2 weeks on a liquid only, protein shake diet. (one of the hardest things i've ever done, honestly)
I'm ashamed to admit it, but I am not doing any formal exercise....yet. I know I will need to once I get closer to goal weight. However, I am a LOT more active now since I can move around more easily. Thanks for watching!

Wow, that's amazing! 50lbs. in 3 months! Holy crap! 15lbs. from preop diet and 35 postop? What did you do for your preop diet? Are you exercising?
