Nicole Kidman - Silvia Broome [Stand My Ground]

I decided to make a video on one of my favorite Nicole Kidman characters, Silvia Broome from one of my # 1 favorite movies, The Interpreter by Sydney Pollack.

The video shows her strength and determination but also her pain and her struggle to move on from tragic events that took place in her past as they now have come back to haunt her.

Some very excellent techniques used here - and also a great song attached! I LOVE the complete project - and I love some of the overlapping you used... or is it called overlaying? Well, at any rate, it's a really great vid! I was truly amazed at how far you've come! Awesome work!

@anna16profiler Exactly! She had to fight so much pain, sadness and wish for vengeance to be good human and not a killer lost in bloody vengeance. She choose the harder way while never forget about the evil of tyrany. Silvia is not some super heroine, normal woman, often frightened, vulnerable, but strong inside.

Really one of Nicole Kidman's best characters and she played her masterfully. I wish for more movies with such emotionally deep characters.

What can I say? I´m blown away, no pun intended.

Silvia has always been one of my fave Nicole characters but also alltogether... Her pain, her strength, her tragedy touched me deeply and now this video makes it visible in every way.

Thanks so much. Not just for making my (bad) day.... it truly is an amazing video and song.
