Here's my first attempt at playing something in Barney Kessel's repertoire. I have to give a big shout out to Freddym223, he's such a great player. I copped a lot of the stuff he played in his Laura video post. Straight up ripped off more like it. lol!

I still have to work on it a lot. This song is very hard for me. I hope to further hone this one in. I know it's kinda shaky. I'd have liked to do a few more takes, but I didn't have the time.

Just wanted to post this video up before I go to Basic Training for the Army. (I'm leaving Hawaii tomorrow- Apr. 3). I'll be gone for 3 months and won't have any internet access and whatnot.

Plus I wanted to get a video of me playing an L5 up on YouTube. :P

I'm in the National Guard, and I got in as a guitar player for the 111th Army band. Yeah, that's the guitar that I got issued to me. Lucky me. But I had to return it to the band right after I made this video, as I will be leaving for basic training and all... bummer.
