In this video I wanted to try Freerunning in the nature and I have to say It wasn't easy. You really have to be creative in the nature because there isn't as much obstacles as in the city, so it was a fun challenge. Epic. Im about to turn 13 and I really want to learn how to do stuff like that. I broke my foot recently in football and once i return the strength in my leg I wanna start parkour and freerunning. Where can i start and how do i train for it? I have no experience whatsoever and i can only do a frontflip on the trampoline and the diving board. Lmao. Awesome video btw!
