e3tech net for one near you

Has the e3 been updated properly to the latest firmware. Also Make sure anything you perform like downgrade, backup. Is straight after you have restarted ps3. set switches correct try pressing reset on e3 before pressing start. If none of the above helps check all connections on e3. Also make sure you have micro sd inserted when doing performing a backup or restore. Please send more details on ur console aswel like firmware ur backing up, model etc
