The Senate Bill- SB99 (Illinois 2003) is titled:

Which means "COMPREHENSIVE" for K-12 ~~(KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 12TH GRADE)
The bill provides "comprehensive", AGE APPROPRIATE curriculum for each grade level.
PARENTS ARE GRANTED THE OPPORTUNITY TO OPT-OUT.
