I think I like Alfred Reed more as an arranger than a composer. I mean, his works are great, but I'm just not sold on the melody lines. Pretty generic. His arrangements, however, are quite fantastic. Especially Russian Christmas Music, haha.

Ah, Alfred Reed, my favorite composer. The Rancho Belago Wind Symphony does him great justice. Bravo!
