The iphone can use some stabilization when shooting vid's.

Steadycams work due to two mechanisms:
1) decoupling of motion
2) inertia

Sophisticated steadycams use both, but here is a very simple design that ads inertia to stabilize your video's.

All you need is:
a) a brick
b) 2 wood clamps
c) some soft cloth

Instructions:
Use 1 clamp to attach the other clamp to a brick. Try and find a neutral balance.
Attach iphone in clamp and use soft cloth to protect iphone.
And your ready to go!
