Well back when we frist started making this show I said id eventually get around to doing a full review for you on Mr Bones. Well heres part 1. Part two is still in production and have a few more days on it. Until then we hope you dont mind putting up with just part 1 for now. Mr bones was released on the Sega Saturn in 1996 in Australia. Although it didnt sell to well due to how difficult it would of been to market, none the less this is a hidden gem for Zono & Sega

Music as always is by KiN
Tracks used in this episode were Guiness & Give The Drummer Some.

  • It's "say-ga," not "see-ga."

  • then why is it spelt see ga?

  • I was the writer for this game. I'm tickled to see it still out there.

  • Yea, it is a shame the way the Saturn ended.... which the Dreamcast didn't do much better.

But I refuse to sell my Saturn just because of games like this, Three Dirty Dwarves, Clockwork Knight, Virtua Cop 2, Bug, and Daytona USA.

  • @everyonelovesbutters Cause japanese eat bricks and poop ducks

  • I don't think the saturn was so inapropriate for 3d, several games that were both on the saturn and the ps1 looked almost the same on both version, and several 3rd party games that were fully 3d were released (the problem with most of these was the actual gameplay), so I think sega was just lazy as you originally thought...

  • @Commentator9000 jesus guys,, get over it!!

  • @everyonelovesbutters

Dumbutt it's spelled SEGA not SEEGA. It's pronounced "say-ga" in almost every 1st party Genesis game.

  • @ridingbeggar Really?!?! I just bought this game from Amazon for about $20 and I have to say it is unique. It's challenging and I really like that. From when the game was released until this very moment, there really isn't a game like it. Good job, dude!

  • @lilbunnyblu You'd be wrong, then.

  • @mikhasw sayga? it's "sehhh-gahhhhh~~~~" <3

    i say see ga.

  • if only i still have my sega and this game i would play this game all day long but no my mom just have to give it away

  • @SLlDERMAN this is everyonelovesbutters from strictlysega here, ive said it b4 and ill say it again.. if u check out the commercial from Australia called did u know,, (its in my favorites if u cant find it) you will understand why Aussies call Sega see ga.. not say ga...

  • @everyonelovesbutters

If that's the case, do you pronounce the word 'mega' as mee-ga, 'Lego' as lee-go and 'omega' as o-mee-ga?

Also, some of Sega's games have the nice intro that screams SEEEGAAA at you.
