continued: I just eat a lot of fish, lean, organic poultry and grass fed meats plus as much green juice and non-starchy vegetables as I can fit in. Certain oils that I have used for years like fish oil (high EPA concentration) and korean pinenut oil, are also a part of my daily diet. Korean pinenut oil is great as an appetite reducer...but you can't heat it. Cheers!

Mattie, I also don't do well with grains or dairy. I do green juice detoxes and do cut all animal products a few times a year but overall, I am a protein type and NEED my protein! Most vegetarians I know are overweight because they overeat grains. Just one thing though, you mentioned in one of your videos that on your diet, English muffins are allowed but then said, "no grains", English muffins like any bread are grains. When I want to stay energized and lean, I eat no grains, no dairy...period.

carnivores just eat meat, though

WOW! i love your channel, lots of great info. especially on skin care. I recently lost 15lbs on atkins & stumbled across the primal blueprint last night looking for atkins friendly recipes. I wasnt really sure it was for me but iv seen lots of great reviews on the net. and went to check out the book this morning. Today i was looking for info. on lactic acid peels and i stumbled across this video (how ironic), anyway its seems like a better alternative. Thanks for all your great reviews.

You need to dehydrate your grains'''' if you do this you wont have a issue' the issue you are having is that cooked grains can make anyone gain unwanted weight. But if they are dehydrated the body response much differently and for anyone who wants to really know about true health check out raw foods''' this is the way to go and you really dont have to be a vegetarain to do it. Things like jerky, raw milk and eggs all organic are great sources of nutrition plus your getting 100% of the benefits!!!

oops, you lost me at the hat...no fur for me.
Fur cupcake! I love your personality! It was a total accident I found you on here and I'm so glad I did. My momma was born and raised in Lubbock and she's been telling me to eat this way for years to lose weight. (Don't tell her this, but she's right!) She and I are going to be doing this together- she's so pumped I'm going to do it with her! Thin thighs & inner peace, Darling!

Yes, Boca Burgers are great! But they have wheat gluten and soy protein...both of which can be a problem for some folks. I do like them, though...good idea.

Mattie how come removing grains is more primal? They did have rice in those ages did they not?
