The return of Sheogorath and Wes Johnson's sublime acting performance in Skyrim was my second-favorite moment in the game (the first being the realization, when talking to Nazir in the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary, that "hey wait, that's Three Dog!")

@n00bster427 No. The player becomes the new Sheogorath when he defeats Jyggalag. The Sheogorath you meet in Skyrim is actually the player (The hero of kvatch) from Oblivion. You can notice this because he actually says something like: "I was there for the oblivion crisis" when he is on vacation in the demented mind of Pelagius III.
