This is a project, which put out a call for Promotion Video material for her second single "Nostalgia"! The theme for the PV is "Thank you (thank)"―same as the theme of the song.

@Kirbylucky I think that she can be tired of GUMI beacuse GUMI is like a totally clon of her and she is a singer and GUMI can sing if you buy the software. Saki Fujita(Hatsune Miku´s voice actress) is very happy beacuse she IS a voice actress, and for her, Miku sama is a lot of sucess for her carrer(I don´t know if I writed OK XD).

@ShinRanka this was from AX 2010 press conference. I remember other instance where she commented on being "honored" in a sense by Gumi as it captured her in the state she was in (as performer etc.) at that point in her life while obviously she would continue to evolve and change. And isn't she doing that extension/update pack to Gumi anyway... Well, I don't know as I don't really follow vocaloids. Of course you might be right but Megumi getting irritated over something like that feels weird...

@Kirbylucky Well, maybe Gumi is different from her anime characters... Really, as I wasn't there I must remain agnostic. But reading the things she has said about Gumi hardly makes it seem like she doesn't like Gumi: "Last year, I had a character in which I used my voice very softly. That character was very well received. It seemed people wanted to produce songs using that character, which surprised me and made me very happy. I didn’t realize it’s something that could be so well received."

i still like her... just sad on how at Anime Expo when asked about her Gumi character she seemed more irritated. she wants to be seen as a musician, not a voice actress... i guess. made me kinda not like her as much anymore
