Clip from rare psychedelic EP 'Fuzzface' comprising Midnight Oil's Jim Moginie and producer Nick Launay, recorded in 1996 in a basement, now available as a bonus disc to Jim Moginie's new record 'Alas Folkloric'.
I met Jim backstage in Portland in 2001 it was the final night of the tourBrave faces! Know your Product!! and I had him autograph the FF EP for me. I wanted to get his reaction to my feeling that this EP sounds like the record John Lennon wanted to make but couldn't, a sort of "lost lennon tapes"!!! He being the gracious man he is said sheepishly, shaking his head: "thanks" and walked off. I was hard pressed to come up with a better compliment for one of my all time favorite musciansThanks Jim!

The Fuzzface EP is really good! Get it if you can. Even better than this song are "Prosperity is like the tide" and "For tomorrow".
