Sticky Feet Team Rider Claire Bevilacqua's First Round Heat at Roxy Pro 2010.
A high tide meant fat conditions under leaden skies at Queensland's Snapper Rocks. Bevo surfed well, but wasn't able to get the perfect "growing" wave that her competitors found. It's the luck of the draw sometimes, but there's always Round Two.
Apologies to the other competitors, every time I was filming their waves, we were also making sure that Bevo wasn't catching one, so the other girls' footage suffered. But we were there for Team Sticky Feet.
