I have been in the martial arts for over 37 years. Master Suska does a fantastic job of displaying ITF forms. I am a better fighter than I am a forms practitioner. That is why Master Suska'a forms are so valueable to me. He should be thanked and congratulated for his dedication and skill.

First of all there is something called "balance" and "control" of the things you do. You want to do the techniques strong and correct. In a normal fight they wouldn't have walked around like this! This is to learn all the techniques so that when you do them, after a long time of training; you do them perfect.

Trust me. A Traditional TKD-fighter can easily get understimated.
