Summer Elegy is a little more brighter songs with lyrics about long lost friends.

Something's gotta give
We can't carry on like this
One year on and more unsure
Where do we go from here?
Many nights and many days
I've spent with you
Talking about what we should do
I can't say
Nothing's clear to me no more

One more sleepless night
And another wasted day
This song has no end
Too many words fill my mind
You gave so much too soon
No longer sure where you want to be
Turn around
See what you have found

Let's drink to absent friends
How they cared, and all they shared
We took our life to the edge
They still try to understand
Time is running out
You're going down
Come on, let's go wherever they may be
Make a choice
Stay behind or follow me

  • valeu richard wright, porra nem sei o que dizer...........

  • Thank you Rick for the deep experience of bliss and sorrow you gave us. RIP.

  • @0SierraMaestra0 Album credits (courtesy of Wiki entry on Wet Dream) : Richard Wright: Piano, keyboards, electric piano, Hammond organ, Oberheim Synthesizer, vocals.

    Mel Collins: Saxophones, flute.

    Snowy White: Guitars.

    Larry Steele: Bass guitar.

    Reg Isadore: Drums, percussion.

Hipgnosis: Album cover design and photography

"Wet Dream was self-produced and Wright wrote all the songs himself, except Against The Odds, which was co-written with his then-wife, Juliette."

  • I would like to know who that is on guitar. I know Roger Waters went on to play with some amazing guitarists like Jeff Beck for Amused to Death and Eric Clapton for The Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking. It's pretty great that all five members of the Floyd had very good solo careers; I personally like the two Syd Barrett albums better than Piper;look up Fictitious Sports byMason. I mentally categorize the last two Floyd albums with Waters as solo albums; similarly DB+ML are Gilmour solo albums to me.

  • all the world we love!!!

  • @buddy39914 i agree
